If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, don’t worry—we’ll make it right. Just email us with a photo of the issue, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label. We’ll either repair, replace, or refund your piece—whatever works best for you.

Because each piece is custom-made to your design, we’re unable to accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind.

Fake tan / self-tanning products
Household cleaning products
Saltwater
High humidity
